Crumble granola

Un granola fait maison, délicieux pour servir avec une salade de fruits d’hiver aux agrumes (recette en anglais).

For 1 dessert

  • 70g salted butter, very cold in small pieces
  • 20g white sugar
  • 30g brown sugar
  • 20g honey
  • 80g flour
  • 3 tablespoons of oats
  • Cinnamon

Preheat the oven at 180°C

Mix the butter, sugars, cinnamon and flour with your fingers to make crumble-style crumbs.

Add the oats and mix with the fingers.

Spread on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake for about 30 minutes, don’t forget to stir 3 or 4 times during the baking. Be careful that it doesn’t burn!

You can use the crumbs with fruit salad but also as a granola (a little more fat and sweet than usual granola).

I served this crumble-style granola with a mandarins, oranges & grapefruits fresh fruit salad and caramelized nuts, as well as a spices syrup (water, orange peel, honey and brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, boiled for 10 minutes).
